Pumpkin Protein Smoothie:
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (if not available sprinkle a little cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg)
1/2-3/4 cup skim milk or almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup ice
Blend all together in a blender, and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top along with a little fat-free cool whip.
This seriously looks amazing! I am totally trying this!!
