This is the perfect, refreshing smoothie! It’s perfect for those mornings when you want something light and tangy. I love the kick from the orange juice concentrate, and of course I love this delicious way of getting protein. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Orange Julius Smoothie

4 ounces water

4 ounces milk

2 Tablespoons orange juice concentrate

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I love THIS brand)

4-6 ice cubes

Blend in blender until smooth. Enjoy!
