As I will mention in tomorrow’s post “What do I eat Before and After I Exercise?”, pre-workout nutrition is important. It makes all the difference when it comes to creating new muscle mass, which is your fat-burning machinery. I love IsaPro because it allows me to feed my body something that will metabolize instantly. This means that when I hit the treadmills or the weights at 5:30 a.m., I am burning those calories, and not my precious muscle.
The only way to get Isa Pro is online or through an Isagenix distributor. Click here for a direct link to Isa Pro. I also love the chocolate Isalean shakes mixed with the Isagenix Greens for my afterworkout nutrition. You can access the Isalean shakes here, and the Isagenix Greens here. (You might want to check out the vanilla Isalean shake as well.)
Pair these products up with a great Happy Gal workout, and you’re going to love the results!
Beautiful Blog Jenny. I love all that you’ve done with this. This is what women need today. Somebody who has it figured out and instructions on how to live a healthy, happy life. You’re Awesome!
Thanks Ann! I wouldn’t say I have it all figured out, but I’m sure trying! And I love sharing great product finds like Isagenix.
Hey! I love your blog!! Just wondering, how do you like to mix your isapro? Do you have any ‘recipes’ you can suggest using vanilla isapro? I have it, and want to use it, but am afraid if I mix it with water, and it tastes bad, I will be afraid to use it forever! Thanks for any help!
Best,
Anna-Lisa
I personally use the Isa Pro only as a supplement before I work out. I mix 1 tablespoon of the Isapro with 1/3 cup water. You’re right – mixing it with water isn’t the most delicious way to use it, but it works for the quick pre-workout nutrition I need. It’s not awful…but you’re not going to be sneaking another drink of it later, if you know what I mean. You can also add Isa Pro to a smoothie, but you will notice a difference in taste if you substitute it for vanilla protein powder. If you want additional protein, you might try adding a half of a scoop to your protein smoothie. You can also mix it with juice, though be aware that it will change the consistency. Hope this helps! Glad you found The Happy Gal blog!
