It’s that time of year…
The weather is warming up, and we all know swim suit season is around the corner.
Organize Your Health by trying out a few new workouts and healthy recipes. Today I want to share with you one of my quick and favorite salads. It comes together in a flash, and makes a great lunch or even dinner. I love the variety this salad gives – shredded cabbage is such a fun way to freshen up a salad. Too much lettuce or spinach can get boring! Just be sure to use a rotisserie chicken in this salad. It makes all the difference!
No need to measure – just toss in desired amounts. You’re going to love this one!
The Happy Gal Go-To Salad
- shredded tri-color cabbage
- shredded carrots
- shredded or chopped radishes
- chopped green peppers
- rotisserie chicken, chopped or shredded (MUST be rotisserie)
- Brianna’s Poppyseed dressing
