Through intervals build intensity from comfortable (level 5) to extremely uncomfortable (level 10) Keep in mind this is your workout. Your level 5 might be different than someone else’s level 5. Just push yourself so by the time you are to your level 10 you are uncomfortable. This is where change happens!
