Red, White and Blueberry Brownie Bites

Ok, ok…not healthy, but fun! And so good. Strawberries and blueberries are so festive, you just have to jump on the berry bandwagon when it comes to the 4th of July. And these are so easy and so pretty. You are going to love serving them, and your family is going to love eating them! And don’t miss the rest of my healthy and delicious 4th of July BBQ HERE.

Red, White, and Blueberry Brownie Bites

24 brownie bites (buy them, ladies! It’s a holiday, after all. Who wants to be in the kitchen?!!)

1 pkg. sugar free white chocolate pudding

1 cup skim milk

8 ounce container fat free cool whip

1 cup sliced berries

1 cup blueberries

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Mix pudding and milk, then fold in whipped topping. Let set, then fill mix in a dessert decorator. Pipe pudding mix on brownies, then garnish with berries. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between heating. When fully melted, spoon the chocolate into a sandwich bag. Make a tiny cut out of one corner of the bag, and then drizzle chocolate over brownie bites. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
