I’m about to share with you one of my recipe gems. I don’t know what it is about these little pizzas, but I feel like they’re one of my best discoveries for a number of reasons:

So here you go. I hope you love them as much as I do!
 
Healthy BBQ Chicken Pizzas
Thin-Style Bun (HERE are the ones I use)
Rotisserie chicken, shredded
Barbecue sauce
Red onion, chopped
Cilantro, chopped
Avocado, chopped
Low-fat mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In separate bowl, mix chicken and bbq sauce. Separate buns and place on pan. Spread with BBQ sauce. Top with chicken, onion, cilantro and avocado. Sprinkle with a tiny bit of cheese. Bake until warm and cheese is melted. Top with additional BBQ sauce, if needed.
*Note – my husband is a bacon-lover and insists on sprinkling bacon bits on his pizzas. I have to admit that I love it too!
