Enjoy Today, Mama

After all of my happy anticipation for a quiet, clean house and the return of structure and routine into my life, I found myself a little melancholy after the kids left for school today. Anyone else feel the same thing the first day of school?

After sending these little amazing kids off…

I found myself hugging this one a little tighter:

We’ve got a year together before kindergarten starts, and it’s going to be gone before I know it.

So enjoy today, Mamas! The days are long but the years are short, and I have a hunch we’ll remember these crazy, hectic days as the best time of our lives.
