Hi, I'm Jenny Layton.
I started The Happy Gal 12 years ago when I realized the high quality of life I enjoyed came from being organized.
As a coach and a leading expert in organization, time management, and mindset, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of women achieve their goals without sacrificing what matters most.
When I’m not helping women like you transform their lives, you’ll find me living my own organized life in beautiful Utah with my husband and our five amazing kids. I love spending my free time hiking, boating on mountain lakes, or hitting the pickleball court.

Rebecca Holbrook
Rebecca received a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Utah and for the past 20 years has run a floral design business specializing in weddings. She also worked as a secretary and administrative assistant in a law office before transitioning to being a full-time stay at home mom and raising her five children.
Shortly after the birth of her fourth child, Rebecca began working with Jenny and it was there that she realized the difference between living life and reacting to it. The idea that she held the power to create the life she wanted spurred her desire to discover the tools necessary to create a life she loves. Rebecca has since certified as a Creation Coach through the Creation Coach School, and now works behind the scenes at the Happy Gal as a virtual assistant to help women organize a life they love.
In her free time Rebecca enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with family. She also loves hiking and traveling – especially when those two things take her into the mountains.

Kimball Romney
After child number 3, with her husband traveling weekly for work, Kimball Romney realized she had a gap that needed bridging in order to find peace as a mother and home manager. That’s when she discovered the Happy Gal, and her life changed beyond simply being organized. Living the Happy Gal Way has helped Kimball find peace and increased energy for everyday life.
Getting organized lit a fire to participate in this work. As the Happy Gal social media manager, Kimball is excited to share principles that really do make a difference.
Kimball received a Bachelor ‘s degree in History and Theater education from BYU-Idaho and worked as a high school teacher before coming home to raise her 4 children. She leads multiple church groups, plays the flute, and loves being creative and spending time outside on a run or a hike with her family. She’s so grateful to be part of this work to help women discover how they can truly live their best lives!
Renee Charbonneau
After a career in the medical field and after the birth of her 3rd child, Renee jumped into online business so she could be home with her young family. Juggling working from home and managing a home proved to be massive challenge resulting in late nights and little sleep.
Renee started working as a Digital Marketing and Operations Manager for The Happy Gal in 2017. Little did she know at the time that the Happy Gal Way was the missing link she had been looking for to organize her busy and sometimes chaotic life and business into an enjoyable and fulfilling experience.
Renee graduated from BYU with a bachelors in Athletic Training and has since received certifications in digital marketing and business management. Though her professional focus has shifted, her love of sports still runs deep and she watches them any chance she gets! She also loves cooking, baking and playing the piano.
