Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 cups artichoke hearts
1 cup frozen spinach, rinsed in warm water
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. parmesan cheese flakes
2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Drain the artichoke hearts and boil in a pan filled with water for 10 minutes to soften. Drain and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9×9 inch pan and warm in the oven until heated through. Serve hot with low-fat crackers or veggies, such as carrots or brocolli.
